Soul Work Counseling’s Mission is to help adults find happiness and fulfillment.

I believe that we are all given gifts that are special to only us. However, growing up and living life we acquire survival strategies that often work against finding and expressing our gifts. Emotional trauma, low self esteem, racism and sexism, dysfunctional and alcoholic/addictive families work to undermine our innocence and cover up our vision.
