Are you feeling stretched thin trying to juggle work, family, and life’s unexpected challenges? Do anxiety or depression show up without a clear reason, leaving you overwhelmed or stuck? You don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can uncover what’s beneath the surface, gain clarity, and move toward a more balanced and peaceful life.
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. With a blend of empathy and evidence-based tools, I work with clients to reframe limiting beliefs, build emotional resilience, and foster lasting growth and confidence
My specialties include anger management, couples therapy, anxiety, depression, and grief counseling—with a special focus on supporting parents who have endured the profound loss of a child. Having experienced this kind of loss myself, I understand how deeply it can shape every part of your life. I believe that healing becomes possible when we’re met with compassion, the right support, and a safe space to express and process our pain. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate your unique journey, honor your loved one, and find a path forward that feels meaningful, grounded, and true to you.
