I will provide encouragement, hope, compassion, and understanding with a non-judgmental and safe approach. Together we can improve your emotional, physical, social and spiritual well-being by incorporating traditional talk therapy (CBT), Trauma Therapy (EMDR), Faith Based (if you want) and even Sand Tray Therapy (yes adults love it and find it very effective!). I also specialize in helping people work through difficult feelings of grief and loss.

I offer teletherapy and face to face sessions to provide you with options that best meet your needs.
